Returns and Refunds

a.       Users have the right to cancel their purchase and return products within 21 days from the date of receiving the products, without providing any reason. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing through the Company’s designated channels, along with proof of purchase.

b.       Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, and must be returned with the original packaging, receipt, and any accompanying documentation. The Company reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

c.       The Company will not accept returns in the following cases:

          i.      Products damaged by the user or through improper use

          ii.      Customized or made-to-order products

           iii.      Clearance items or discounted products marked as non-returnable

d.       Users are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to the Company’s fault, such as incorrect delivery, damaged products, or product defects. In such cases, the Company will bear the shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

e.       The Company will process refunds within 15 business days after confirming and approving the returned items. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
